Mitchell settleed a consumer case against a major
company. The terms of the settlement were confidential, but it
can be said it was a residential kitchen remodeliing job, no money
down for a year. The company botched the job. The family had to
fight until the judge called for a jury. A happy ending to a
difficult problem, stressing the victims for months with no kitchen,
and then a period of several years until judgment day arrived.
