Mercer County Bar Association
Bylaws
At the request of the Officers of the Mercer County
Bar Association, Roger agreed to investigate the Association's
governance documents including its constitution. The Association's
Articles of Incorporation date back to 1901. He drafted a set of bylaws
to replace the constitution and will likely amend the Articles of
Incorporation. The proposed bylaws may be adopted with or without
changes after a period of study to be followed by notice and a vote by
the membership.
